Who we deliver to?

We currently ship items to the UK mainland ONLY.

Order Amendment

The customer is fully responsible for the items in their basket (for example, colour, sizing, and so on). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these are correct to their specification. Once the item has been processed at our end, it will be impossible to amend or cancel an order and we will not be held responsible for failing to cancel an “incorrect” order. However, customers are welcome to return the items once received.

Shipping Address

At the point of placing an order, we assume that site visitors have provided a valid shipping address and we will dispatch the order ONLY to the resident and address stated at the point of checkout.

Shipping Cost

A full breakdown of the shipping details, which includes the full amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers hold the right to leave the order stage at any time before the order goes through. Please be advised that under no circumstance would a UK customer have to pay an additional fee for postage upon collection of a parcel from the courier.

Order Processing

“Order processing” is the time it takes our team to package your order for delivery. This can take as little as one hour and up to 48 hours during busy times. This does not include the delivery time. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed for dispatch.

Delivery Times

“Delivery time” is the time from when we hand your parcel to the courier up to the time in which your receive the parcel. The logistics of delivery will depend on the courier and delivery times may be affected by other issues such as bad weather, covid-19, bank holidays e.t.c hence the delivery time stated below are only intended as a rough guide.

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 days
  • Premium delivery: 1-3 days (unless stated otherwise) from the despatch date.

Parcel not received

If an order is not received by the customer within the first seven days from the estimated delivery date and providing the customer’s delivery address is correct, we can raise an investigation on the seventh day with the aim to recover the parcel. Please be advised that it is necessary to report non-delivery cases within 10 calendar days from the delivery date stated to allow us to initiate a claim with the courier company. Under no circumstance can we declare a parcel as lost until a full investigation with the warehouse and courier company has been concluded.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide an exchange service. All return items are processed according to our return and refund policy below.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date an order was received. Items MUST be returned in the same condition as received; bearing any original tags, labels and still in original packaging and condition. Return items may not be used or worn in any way. All items; whether they do not suit your requirements or are damaged must be identified and returned in the same condition as received within our 14-day return policy. Please note that we will refund the cost of the item but not the delivery. If you think you have received a faulty product or product that is significantly not as described, then please click here to contact us to rectify the issue.

We strongly recommend including a cover note stating your full name on your account, the order number, items returned and the reasons for which the items are being returned. Parcels can be held or rejected by the returns department and not processed if the received parcel cannot be identified by the details provided within the package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any hygiene products (e.g underwear, shavers, earrings e.t.c) due to health and safety reasons. Such items cannot be returned unless a faulty or incorrect size or style was sent. We kindly ask that you thoroughly check the size labels and also check for any faults before trying them on.

It is the responsibility of the customer to securely package their item for transit, we strongly recommend packaging the return items securely in suitable packaging material. The parcel may be rejected if parcels are returned damaged due to insecure packaging.

Customers are encouraged to retain valid postage receipts including parcel weight for all returned parcels. A valid postage receipt including a tracking number must be provided in case of any parcels lost in transit. Any non-delivery cases will not be valid without this receipt. It is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcel lost in transit with the courier.

All refunds will be processed between 3- 5 working days after receipt of the returned parcel.
